Eerste spadesteek voor Turck's nieuwe gebouwen voor verkoop en marketing
23/14 – Turck geeft het startschot voor de bouw van een prestigieus nieuw gebouw in Mülheim an der Ruhr
Mülheim, November 20, 2014De automatiseringsspecialist Turck breidt haar verkoop en marketing hoofdkantoor uit. Met een symbolische eerste schop in de grond ceremony gaf de hoofddirectie, Ulrich Turck en Christian Wolf, het startschot voor de bouw van een nieuw hoofdkantoor in Mülheim an der Ruhr met de aanwezigheid van Dagmar Mühlenfeld, burgemeester van Mülheim, en architect Erasmus Eller. Op een grondstuk van ongeveer 15.000 vierkante meter direct naast het bestaande hoofdkantoor aan de Witzlebenstraβe wordt een architectonisch ambitieus kantoor gebouwd wat in het voorjaar van 2016 klaar zou moeten zijn. Het kantoor biedt ongeveer 4.500 vierkante meter ruimte voor medewerkers en klanten. Het ontwerp biedt een ruime receptie en conferentieruimte op de begane grond en wordt omgeven door een campusachtig park. Verantwoordelijk voor de planning en realisatie is het architectenbureau Eller + Eller.
"In de afgelopen jaren heeft de Turck-groep ongeveer 40 miljoen euro geïnvesteerd in nieuwe productie- en ontwikkelingsfaciliteiten in Duitsland: Halver, Beierfeld en Detmold en tevens in de Verenigde Staten en Mexico. Het nieuwe hoofdkantoor voor verkoop en marketing in Mülheim kost nog 12 miljoen meer", zegt Ulrich Turck. "Met deze investering voor de toekomst creëren wij de voorwaarden voor een versterking van onze concurrentiepositie en in overeenstemming met de aanhoudende groei van de Turck-groep."
The automation specialist Turck expands its sales and marketing headquarters. With a symbolic ground-breaking ceremony, Turck’s managing directors Ulrich Turck and Christian Wolf gave the go-ahead for the new building in Mülheim an der Ruhr in the presence of Dagmar Mühlenfeld, the Mayor of Mülheim, and the architect Erasmus Eller. On the approximately 15,000 square meter plot adjacent to the existing headquarters at the Witzlebenstraße, an architecturally ambitious building will be built on until the spring of 2016, which will offer approximately 4,500 square meters of office and space for employees and customers. The building design offers a spacious reception and conference area on the ground floor and is surrounded by a campus-like park. Responsible for planning and implementing is the architecture office Eller + Eller.
"In recent years the Turck group has invested around 40 million euros in new manufacturing and development centers at its German plants in Halver, Beierfeld and Detmold, as well as in the United States and Mexico. The new building of our sales and marketing headquarters in Mülheim will cost 12 million more", says Ulrich Turck. "With this investment in the future we create the conditions for further strengthening of our competitiveness and sustained growth of the Turck group.”
Mülheim's Mayor Dagmar Mühlenfeld congratulated the company in her greeting to its successful development here in Mülheim: "The Hans Turck GmbH & Co.
